Players Detail Form and an Academy
Trials form and send your completed forms together
with a cheque for £90 made payable to CCM
Academy
to the address below (This will cover the cost of the trial/coaching
day).

Membership Criteria for the Cricket CoachMaster
Academy:
- Players must have a desire to become first class
cricketers
- Players must be aged between 14 and 20 (Senior
Academy)
- Players must be aged between 10 and 13 (Junior
Academy)
- Players must consider themselves to be at a
minimum of 'School A Team/1st XI standard'

This trial will be a combined Coaching and
Academy Selection session and a fee of £90 per person
will be payable to cover the cost of the hall and professional
cricket coaches.
The fee for the 2009-2010 Academy will
be either £1,300 or £1,500 depending on the
payment method chosen. This will cover 15 full days intensive
coaching
with specialist coaches of the highest standard together
with a CCM Academy shirt and trousers.
Payments to be made by one of the following options:
• Option 1 - An initial payment of
£300 is required to register followed
by a single payment of £1000 payable
by 4th December 2009 making a
grand total of £1300
• Option 2 - An initial payment of
£300 is required to register followed by two
payments £600 payable by 4th
December 2009 and one further payments
of
£600 payable by 1st March
2010,
making a grand total of £1500
Individual
days coaching may be available at
£100 per person per day if space is available
After we have received your completed Player Detail Form
and Academy Trial Application form together with your cheque
for £90 you will be contacted by Gary Palmer to confirm
- if not selected for the trial day your £90
will be refunded.
